noone can tell you exactly how many fps you will get, there is no formula for working it out, and if there was it would be an extrodinarily complex formula. You really need to educate yourself better about computer gaming and hardware. All the information you seek is available if you use google.

I can lie to you and tell u that u will get 100fps in both.

GTAIV r cpu intensive. Need a quad to run it smoothly. you can try it.

Crysis 2 can't tell from only the demo. Its still just a demo. Download it and give it a try

Gta4 will run at 30 fps smooth.. maxed out.. and about crysis 2 you will be able to run it on medium at about 20 - 24 fps and in high it will lag a bit..

Regarding Crysis 2 you can refer to the following article about the game.

However, the test rig uses an Intel Core i7-975 Extreme Edition processor. Your monitor has slightly less pixels than a 1600 x 900 monitor which means your video card will be slightly less stressed.

All in all, you should be getting about 18FPS - 19FPS when using the same settings as in the article.
