Hello, I have motherboard ASUSTek:
P5GC-MX/1333

BIOS ID: 63-0407-000010-00101111-102908-945GC-A0798000

http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Intel_Socket_775/P5GCMX1333/#download. bios file 413 is the newest. Locate asus "ez flash 2" and download it first. Install it. When you reboot, disable any "boot block" or "virus protection" settings in your board bios. Then disable windows firewall. If the flash starts, you'll probably see a small black window appear. You may be prompted to save your bios file, but you can skip this unless you have a floppy or usb flash drive handy. Don't touch anything until the program finishes, or you will have a dead mother board. I don't recommend flashing the bios unless you are changing cpus.
