Upgrading CPU,MOBO,RAM 400$ limit

The otherday lets just say i wreaked my mobo,cpu,ram,gcard lol

I am looking to spend 400$ total

i have allready found a graphics card for 150$

so with 250$ i would like to get a sli mobo with a quad core give me some ideas please.

AMD doesn't do SLUI very well, all the boards are AM2+ boards that have been slightly upgraded for AM3/DDR3 chips

you could get a decent crossfire board and RAM however:

AS Rock 870 Extreme 3 with 8x/8x crossfire: $95
Mushkin 4 GB DDR3: $42

and any one of these chips:
Athlon II X3 455 ($85)
Athlon II X4 640 ($99)
Phenom II X4 940 ($110)
