What is the difference between those two CPU's

I need to chose between two configurations..

P6200 3M cache 2 GHz with 2GB DDR3 1066MHz

OR

T4500 1M Cache 2.30GHz 800 MHz FSB with 4GB DDR3 1066MHz

the rest of the specs are the same for both of them... .(win7 prem, 320gb 5400rpm, intel graphic etc..)

the price is the same for both.
which one you think is better?

What are P6200 and T4500? I've never heard of them.

p6200 is newer and has onboard memory controller, get that one.

The speed difference between them in only 0.13 GHz more for the P6200.
Does the 4GB\2GB makes any difference?
i mean the p6200 comes with only 2GB of RAM, the T4500 with 4GB.
The question is which combination will give better results?
