New mobo, Now comp cant reboot on its own???

Hello,
I just installed a MSI 970-g45 with a Phenom 2 X4 980 and my computer doesnt know how to restart on its own now. It has done it since I first powered it up after install of the mobo, till now, well after the updates and drivers installed. What can it be?? All bios are current also

recheck everything again there's something you missed to plugged in.

did you do a clean OS install or did you use an old.one and just install the new motherboard drivers?
