Solution

is this the h67 cl motherboard you have?
according to intel's specs h67 cl has 1 pcie 2.0 x16 and 1 pcie 2.0 x1 slots. you don't have 4 pcie slots. the other slots are regular pci slots - you can see them on the motherboard. the blue slot is the one for gfx card.
your motherboard doesn't support crossfire.
your 6950 is good for gaming though.

Intel DH67Cl does not have crossfire, because it has only one socket of "PCIe x16 Gen 2.x" connecter for graphics card.

NOTE:

PCI socket used for lan card, modem, sound card etc...

PCIe x16 Gen 2.x only use for graphics card.
