If you're primarily just gaming then I'd drop the ram down to 4gb unless you really want 8. You can also save money going with the 955 BE. Put more money into the GPU. 6900 series or crossfire 6800 series.

You can also save a little more money with a cheaper motherboard like the asrock 870 extreme3

As for the cooler try the Cooler Master Hyper 212 plus
