I have been using a USB tuner that doesn't work well with my digital cable box at all. I would like to switch to an internal now that I'm getting a full tower and have room.

This is one I was looking at, but I don't quite understand what it means by over-the-air digital.. Will this thing let me just hook it up to my digital cable box, because all I want is something that does that and works well. Any other tuners I should be looking at?
I'll also have plenty of USB slots.. so do they actually work better or anything? I use Windows 7 and only really will use the tuner with Windows Media Center.
