the computer i got from cyberpower come with the free 30gb ssd, the problem is i can't find it under computer in window 7, the ssd is inside the pc tho. how do you check if cyberpower overclock the cpu or not? I brought the evga gtx580 superclocked, how do i know if im gettin the normal one or superclocked? is there a way to slow down the fans? because it's loud even im not doing anything

Regarding the SSD, you'd need to see if it is detected in the (hopefully correctly configured) BIOS by the chipset first...

If chipset drivers are installed correctly, then WIndows should see it. Is there a 'search for new hardware' function within Windows 7?

If you install Nvidia's assorted overclocking/monitoring utilities (Id suspect they night already be installed?), you can then view or change the gpu/mem clocks to get the fans to normal, most likely...; you can review the standard GTX580 reviews to discover what the standard reference gpu/mem clocks are and then compare what yours are currently.
