Can't get a straight answer from Thermalright or Noctua

The Motherboard I'm ordering:

Coolers:

Noctua got back to me and said that with their new lga 2011 mounts that it should be fine, and that the gskill x series RAM is compatible, but they never gave me a 100% on that, always it "Should" or I "think"

As for Thermalright, they don't have RAM compatibility charts on their site, they are also unsure.

My G.Skill 12800CL9D with heat spreaders fits under my CM212+. Why don't you call G.Skill and ask how tall your RAM is?

looking at the pics that ram is not that high as others from lets say corsair

but to be sure they fit well, why dont you buy the best air cooler available from thermalright, the Archon RT?
its not a double tower design but its better that the silver arrow at cooling at around the same price.
