My pc hdd light is off and pc doesnt start and if starts it shows overclocking w

when i start my pc hdd power is very dim and there is no output on monitor after 3 to 4 days it automatically starts ....and shows the warning of overclocking.........and then it runs smoothly as if nothing has happened........then after 3 to 4 days.....cycle continues .plz help!!!!!!!!!!!! and to mention I havent done any overclocking.

Possibly the power supply is failing. Maybe a capacitor is dying and it takes that long to recharge.
