i don`t knew alot about your mother board but you can try using the amd overdrive and make the option ( advanced clock calibratio ) to per core or all cores until the 4th core is unlocke.........or try the same option from your bios.........if you found bios mode setting set it to hybird not normal then set calibration to all cores or per core.

There should be a setting in the bios you enable thats all there is to it. It just works or doesn't.
