I running currently using 2 Nvidia GeForce 7600 GS in SLI configuration. I asking a question in one of the other forms and a response came back the running in SLI was a power hog and not practical. I ask for the reasoning behind the remark, but did get anything back. Since my other post was not related to the graphic card in my system, I wanted to ask about it here.
I'm looking at upgrading my graphic cards and still use the SLI configuration. I was wondering how true was the remark 'running in SLI was a power hog and not practical'. If I do upgrade, what would be good options?
Thanks,
