GTX 460 1GB vs. 6850?

I want to buy a card today, but after looking through all the benches, I am more confused than ever about which card I want.

My current setup is below, so I would be most likely using one of my 8800GTS's as a physics card with the new GTX 460, but I dont know if I can do that with a new 6850. Or does this even matter? Would I be better off selling a 8800? Would I get better performance having a dedicated physx card or no?

I have been looking at these two cards:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

So the 460 is 30 bucks more than the 6850, though the 460 is oced. I know how to use RivaTuner to OC a card, just wondering if I will be better served getting a card with a better cooler over a reference.

Is there a better card out there that I should look at?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I would like to choose today. I like newegg, but if you find another site, im all for it. Im in Florida.
