New AM3+ motherboard

Im looking for high end motherboard to replace my ASRock M3A770DE. I currently have an AMD Phenom X2 550BE unlocked to a quad core and overclocked to 3.5ghz so I realise that I won't get the most out of the motherboard but I'd like to be slightly future proof.

Things I require/want:
Support for my current CPU as well as new and future ones
Dual 16x Crossfire
More than 4 DDR 3 slots
Good quality

I can go up to about £180 for a motherboard.
