It is highly possible that your processor does not support virtualization. Can you list the model? Some lower end Core 2 processors do not come with Intel VT. Are you running Windows 7 Professional? If so, you can set up your Windows Server through Windows Virtual Machine (similar to XP mode).

but i read in site of intel can support VT.my win is Windows 7 ultimate 64X and my cpu is Core 2 Duo E6300.any way tanx.
