CONNECT FIELD INSTRUMENTS TO CONTROL ROOM USING ETHERNET

Am having a 50 multi pair core cable coming from the field instruments to the control room. The control room is being moved from its present position and I need suggestion as to how the Ethernet connection can be implimented without having to join the cable.

a little more info? is this for an AV studio control room? Science oriented? Security orientated?
Use a patch bay instead of a joiner, it makes life happier.
