Yes, very sufficient and your build looks good. My x4 955 + 6850 can handle most games on High/Very High at 1920x1080 so I'm sure a 570 will be able to do it much better.

First, thanks for the link. It helps in answering questions.

On page 7 they pull 648W from the 12V rails. On the overload results found on the next page they pulled 720W from the 12V rails. (at 80% efficiency no less.) The GTX570 is a ~225W part? Two of them will need 450W. The i7 950 has a TDP of 130W. This is about 600W between the biggest 12V users of your system. I doubt your board or ram will take up much more then that. You should be fine with an SLI setup.

I don't see anything wrong with your build either if you have the money. There are some things you can buy that are cheaper that will perform well, but you're more then ok with with what you have.

Alright thanks. Gonna see if a few more ppl got any comments before I order, but it all seems promising.

I know I could go with a cheaper build, but its also for the future, I like being able to SLI later on and a good cpu cooler for some cpu OC when needed etc.

Hopefully means this system will last me 4-5 years.

The X58 mainboards are routinely $100-$200 more than quality socket 1156 boards; the savings there alone would have you halfway there to a 2nd GTX570 for near zenith gaming experience at 1080P....(as opposed to wishing you could find a 2nd GTX570 one year or two from now)
