On my old dell XPS 400 back at home?
Got the PSU covered, since im in my college dorm rite now i cant measure it.
planning to upgrade it so i can play Starcraft 2 for thanksgiving

It might. I did a little looking and I can't say for sure because I don't know if you have a storage box/thing like mine does to support the chassis so I just took a quick look at the dimensions.

I have a full tower Apevia X-Jupiter G case which is (DxWxH) 22.25" x 8.25" x 21.5"

Yours is (H x W x D): 17.5" x 7.4" x 17.5"

and the card is
Height: 4.376 inches (111 mm)
Length: 8.25 inches (210 mm)
Width: Dual-slot


So most likely yes.

Did a google search about your case and some people fit an 8800GTX in there so it'll probably fit.
^ eHow has a thing about the 8800GTX as well and that card is 266mm long so I'd say go for it.
