I deleted all Logitech installed programs and deleted all folders. I shut down, plugged in the mouse hoping it would be detected but nothing. I then re-installed the Setpoint software (5.2A) from the installation disk. I tried a different USB and I tried another computer also, still dead. I checked for update software, none to download.
I understand there is a 3 year warranty, so I will return it for repair or replacement.
