Alright I noticed on the fan that came on my case that it has a, 3 pin connector, a male molex connector, AND a female molex connector? I'm so confused as to what I need plugged into this or what this needs to be plugged into! Do I take a male molex from my PSU and plug it into the female molex on my case fan? Do I take the male molex on the case fan an plug it into a femal molex on the PSU? or do I just plug in the 3 pin cord to the MoBo where it says CHA_FAN1?

Well if your mobo has any kind of built in fan control then I would say plug the three pin connector in there.
If not, then you may as well plug whichever molex applies, straight into your psu.
If not, then you may as well plug whichever molex applies, straight into your psu.
