My BIOS says my CPU is clocked at 2200 mhz (11.5x multiplier) Speccy, & CPU ID, say im running at 1105 mhz 5.5x multiplier. I dont even have a 5.5x multiplier option in my bios. Not sure why it is doing this. This is what ive got:

Agena 65nm Technology
RAM
4.0GB Dual-Channel DDR2 @ 401MHz (5-5-5-18)
Motherboard
BIOSTAR Group N61PB-M2S (Socket AM2 ) 40 °C

SAMSUNG (1360x768@60Hz)
NVIDIA GeForce GTS 450
Hard Drives
977GB Western Digital WDC WD10 EADS-65M2B0 SCSI Disk Device (ATA)

Any help would be greatly appreciated. kool and quirt is turned off. thats one of the first things I turn off. Cant even mess with the multipliers if you dont. Also I ran CPU speed Test Pro just to see what it says. Today I am running at 2403mhz. but according to CPU ID I am running at 1167mhz.
