1 long 2 short beeps asus solution

I installed ASUS Support DVD All in one then this below problem happens my computer screen shows blank when im starting computer

what to do....
1)I change the DDR2 RAM from slot1 to slot2 but still sound comes.
2)I change the Jumper location CLRTC as mentioned in Manual of Asus MB..
3)But BIOS run intially asking me Press F1 button for Setup if i press F1 then BIOS Setting comes but now keyboard keys become disable.

I searched in internet for beep sound & i found this description
1 long, 2 short ------ Failure in video system---An error was encountered in the video BIOS ROM, or a horizontal retrace failure has been encountered.


Do I need to change DDR3 RAM or ASUS Motherboard i have the warranty period of both.

Please list your PC specifications first, and did you put the CLRTC jumper back correctly after moving it? Are you using the latest Bios? Did you specifically google the beeps for your mainboard, or for asus mainboards, or for mainboards in general? because my Asus manual says something else. Do you still have your mainboard manual?

Try unplugging all usb devices except for the keyboard. If you still can't get the keyboard to work, and if you have an internal memory card reader, unplug it.
