*Regarding RAM,will any module do? Does it have to be Quad Channel kit.
NEEDS to support INTEL XMP 1.3 certified spec.
LOW VOLTAGE 1.25V-1.35V,LOW PROFILE (due 2 HUUGE HSF),LOW CAS LATENCY 6,7,8
I am not too worried on CAPACITY of dimms,2GB is OK. ie (2GBx4 Quad CH.KIT)
Speed/Frequency 1600Mhz-1866Mhz MAX. Would prefer to populate all 8 DIMM SLOTS

Thanks for your time,Togan

as the rest of your build seems to not be too worried about price id suggest "Corsair Vengeance CML16GX3M4X1600C8 16GB (4x4GB) DDR3" it's a quad channel kit quite low profile 1.3v but a bit dearer (wont get much change out of $200)

Thanks dummos and hilltopmonk,

hilltopmonk, I only plan on using the 560Ti until the new gtx680 comes out next year.

dummos, I found a QVL for my motherboard here http://tommynation.com/asus-sabertooth-x79-qualified-vendors-list/

upon scanning over those charts I went with these suckers:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231461

the Corsair Vengeance Kit you recommended will be my PLAN B if these G.SKILL don't pan out.
