Here's the components I have selected. Is there any compatability issues with this prebuild.

CPU: Intel Core i7-3930k
HSF: Noctua NH-D14 SE2011
MOBO: ASUS SABERTOOTH X79
RAM: *This is where I need advice. My preferred brands are Crucial,Corsair,G.Skill,Kingston,Mushkin.
GPU: MSI N560GTX-Ti Twin Frozr II 2GD5/OC
SSD: Crucial M4 128GB (3.5" drive adapter bracket) CT128M4SSD2BAA
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB
ODD: Pioneer BDR-206DBK
PSU: Seasonic Platinum-1000W
CASE: SilverStone FT02B w/USB 3.0,Air Penetrator Fans
KB: SteelSeries 7G
SURFACE: Artisan KAI.G3 Hein Hard Surface Medium Cloth Gaming Mouse Pad 320X250MM Wine Red *HIEN-HARD-R-M
MOUSE: Logitech G9X laser
MONITOR: Samsung LS27A850DS/ZA
UPS: Tripp Lite SU1000XLA
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate Retail Box

*Regarding RAM,will any module do? Does it have to be Quad Channel kit.
NEEDS to support INTEL XMP 1.3 certified spec.
LOW VOLTAGE 1.25V-1.35V,LOW PROFILE (due 2 HUUGE HSF),LOW CAS LATENCY 6,7,8
I am not too worried on CAPACITY of dimms,2GB is OK. ie (2GBx4 Quad CH.KIT)
Speed/Frequency 1600Mhz-1866Mhz MAX. Would prefer to populate all 8 DIMM SLOTS

Thanks for your time,Togan

Since there's no ram qvl on asus website yet, try the crucial 1.35v 2x 4 gb 1600 kit for $49.99 at newegg.

as the rest of your build seems to not be too worried about price id suggest "Corsair Vengeance CML16GX3M4X1600C8 16GB (4x4GB) DDR3" it's a quad channel kit quite low profile 1.3v but a bit dearer (wont get much change out of $200)

Seems a bit strange building a beast of a PC then only sticking a 560GTX Ti in there with it.

Unless your going to get 2 of them..
