AMD Athlon II X4 640 compairing with Intel

With what intel can i compair the AMD Athlon II X4 640 with? i only use and used intel, and im going amd for gaming, with a Gtx 460 1gb and 4gb ram. so it would be good to know what this cpu would be like if it was a intel. compairing with price and performance. tanx

You can't get an Intel quad for that price. The Intel dual cores (i3) will be slightly faster in some games but in the games that use more than 2 threads it will be sensibly slower.
