What the best memory for gaming?

I Got probably around $70(no over $80) and I want to buy a 3x4GB RAM but IDK which is best for gaming...
System Spec:
i7-950 Stock(OC was stable for 6 months and was 100% sure until 3 weeks AGO when it started BSOD)
4GB RAM(Lagging in MW3 when multi-tasking which is not a CPU problem...)
Evga GT 220 1GB DDR3(Upgrading later but still able to play MW3 at "MAX" settings at 1920x1200 pretty smooth but lag when multi-task or with browser open...)
Antec V2 700w(Upgrading this next year around Q3/Q4 2012 or when I get a newer GPU/28nm)
SaberTooth X58 BIOS-802(Might update it if im getting problem or instability)

I Found this RAM to be good but im not sure if i should get it... Please recommend me some or the best...

Use just three ram slots; sell the original ram on craigslist. I use gskill, but the price you're paying is too high. You should find this or another brand on sale for less than $50 after rebate this week. Register with newegg.com and get on their email list. Their pre black friday ad is already out. The only problem is that im going to OC my CPU to 3.8GHz(If I get a better cooler) and it was said that the OC is more stable if there's got 3 stick of ram instead of 6 stick of ram... Im going with 3 stick and i dont use the 24GB up anyway... I'll think about buying the 24GB if the price is at least 50% off or around $70 OR get 12GB for around $30-$40...
