Fast Bare Bones System for < $500?

Looking for suggestions or sites for building/ordering a fast bare bones system with an Intel I3 or better processor 500GB HD, 4GB+ RAM, two monitor graphics connections, network adapter and a few USB connections -- No optical drive or flash card devices, etc. My goal is very fast cloud computing and some offline data work.

Add in a cheap dual dvi video card and call it done.

Why do you need an i3 or better processor for cloud computing? All the processing takes place on the cloud for that...
