Ok, one very silly(dumb) question, does video card have to go in first slot(most top) of the motherboard, what will happen if you don't?

Thx for any one who answer, i am very new(dumb) at computer...

It does not have to, but, nearly every motherboard maker uses the top PCI-e slot as 16x lanes of communications (albeit many have more than one x16 slot these days), for max throughput/data bandwidth.....

It depends on the board, usually its the first 16x slot on the board that you want to put it in, often times the ones lower down the board dont run at full 16x, but if they do it doesnt matter which slot you put it in.
