Also, 1156 is being replaced in 2 weeks so no point in getting one right now.

OCZ RAM is a bad choice, way too many issues lately.

Spinpoint F3's are better 1tb drives. You don't really need Raid 0 storage. F3 can do ~80mb/s sustained which is plenty fast.

PSU wise, a XFX 750W is the same price after MIR, but a much better PSU.

Fresh builds HD 6.8k unless u could hit a HD 5.8k card on the (dirt) cheap and $235AR for a HD 5850 is not a great buy when u could nab a $205AR HD 6870 @@

I hear you on the video. So if the 1156 is going away what do you recommend on the CPU/MB combo? Everything I've read, the i7 875 combo can be about the fastest out there. Also, no go on the OCZ memory? What do you recommend. I will be installing 64bit windows 7.
