N68-s (new motherboard on way most likely ASUS M4A78LT-M)

4GB DDR2 RAM KVR

Not looking to Xfire or SLI
my budget is £100.00

A bit overkill for your needs but there's no problem with that.

Seasonic Bronze S12II-620 620W

Corsair Enthusiast TX V2 CMPSU-650TXV2UK 650W
http://www.scan.co.uk/products/650w-corsair-enthusiast-...

You can't use your DDR2 on that new mobo, you need some DDR3 RAM.

No, you can get any PSU you want, it's only about the cost.

it means you won't even use 400w of total system power during gaming

Test System Specs: Hardware
- Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 @ 3.00GHz (LGA775)
- x2 Kingston HyperX 2GB PC2-8500 Module(s)
- ASUS P5Q Deluxe (Intel P45)

a quality 500w+ PSU with 37a+ on its 12v will be more then enough power for you. look for brands like antec, ocz, corsair, seasonic, enermax, silverstone
