X1700 power supply

I have a acer aspire desktop..the power supply went out and we were searching for a new one but not sure where to look? Are there ones on newegg or other sites that are compatible or do we need to go to a factory service and get one? Thanks,

Burned out power supplies in the Acer Aspire X1700 Desktop series seems to be common.
The power supply unit is not a standard form factor. You cannot just go to Newegg.com and grab one.
The power supply unit is most likely the Delta Electronics, Inc. DPS-220UB A
Output: 220 Watts
Dimensions: 7.87" (L) x 3.58" (W) x 2.126" (H)
Try here at Ascendtech Inc.

Got one, I have a new case and the old one is damaged, but power supply seems ok, $40 + shipping ImmanuelA@aol.com
