these are some really old cards

could you sli a 9800GTX+
with a GeForce GTS 250

the memory on the cards are different
but i was just wondering

with a 550 WATT powersupply

EvGa 9800 GTX+ 512 DDR3

GeForce GTS 250 GDDR3 1GB

No... I'm not aware of Nvidia allowing SLI with mixing of cards. You could run one as the GPU and another as the PhysX card.

Also, you will be running tight on power with those two cards installed at once. I would recommend at least a 650W PSU for that setup to provide enough head room.
