Bottle neck?

Hey guy just wondering what you think i could upgrade or change out on my system im pretty happy with everything except playing bad company 2 i run everything on high and vsync on here is my specs


Cm 690 case -6 fans
OCZ game x treme 700watt psu
EVGA 780i mobo
EVGA 9800GX2
Intel Xeon x3350 quad at 2.66ghz stock
Cooler master hyper 212 plus, lapped with 2 fans
OCZ Reaper 1066 800mhz ddr2 ram 4GB

I also have a 1gb gts 250 would that be faster than my 9800gx2? i dont think it would just wondering what you guys think. I also run dual 22inch monitors at 1680x1050 each I also have had the memory,cpu.gpu overclocked and got about 17000 3d marks in 3d mark 06

The GX2 is faster. A more powerful GPU is your best solution maybe GTX460 1GB.
