HERE's MY BUILD, MOBO SUGGESTIONS PLZ

Hey guys,
heres my build thus far, i need a good mobo for all this and I only want to look at Asus or Gigabyte:
COOLER MASTER HAF X
INTEL I7-970
THERMALTAKE FRIO CPU COOLER
CORSAIR DOMINATOR 6GB
CORSAIR 750W PSU
WD 500GB HDD
INTEL 160GB SSD
ASUS DVD DRIVE
SAPPHIRE RADEON 4650 GPU (will upgrade to 2x ati 6870)
All help will be much appreciated, my mobo budget is $400
