Hello, just bought a cooler, CM Vortex Plus, and installed it on my intel quad cpu. the CPU temp reads as 30' C but the core temps are 43' C. is this normal?

yes it is. typically the core temps are ~10 degrees C higher than cpu temp.

That's weird. On my tests my CPU on 100% load goes at 43C and my Cores go at 33C.
