Hey everyone,

I just built myself a new computer yesterday and I was installing some things when I stumbled
upon the system properties. It said that I have installed 16GB of RAM (which is correct) but only
1.92GB are usable. Anybody have an idea why or what to do?

Here are some of the pieces of the computer:
- CORSAIR Vengeance DDR3 4x4GB
- ASRock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3
- Intel Core i5 2500k 3.30GhZ

I'm running Windows 7 Home Premium 32-bit.

Thanks!

32 bit windows will only utilize about 3.25 gb of ram. Maybe your onboard video setting needs adjusting. It uses some of the ram. I use 16 gb of ram in my system with windows 7 64. I recommend you check craigslist for a copy of the pro or ultimate versions. Look for an unopened package. The pro versions sell for about $75 if you can find one.
