SLI GTS 250s 1GB and a M4N AM3 mobo

ok well I will do my best description of the problem
1 I'm using this
this motherboard Asus M4N75TD
this chipset nVidia nForce 740a SLI
this cpu AMD Athlon II X2 250 @ 3000 MHz
this ram 4096 MB (2 x 2048 DDR3-SDRAM)
this videocards NVIDIA GeForce GTS 250 x2 1 GB
this psu 850 W
this windows XP Pro SP3
these hdd 123 gb IDE
320 gb Sata
1000 gb Sata
a dvd drive, HPw1907 19 inches
directx 9.0c

ok problem...
I just setup my SLI setup I could do just about anything until I got this setup cod 4 in decent graphics smooth gameplay 15 mins and the computer shuts itself off no errors no beeps just straight off. the other game its done this to is Final Fantasy XIV which if I run the games on lower settings they run fine crash and power off free.

but I also upgraded from win xp 32bit to win 7 home premuim 64 bit
Not tested alot yet

Does not look to be a quality unit. What is the amp rating on the +12 volts (individual and combined)

well resolving bought a better psu and if it still fails I gonna get one with way better rails thanks for all your advice just had to look past the watts lol
