Upgrading my computer, need some help

Specs:
Ram:4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 1333
Cpu: AMD Phenom II X4 955(3.2GHz)
Mother:gigabyte 770t-usb3
GPU: 9800 GT 1GB

Have about 300bucks to upgrade stuff, planned on getting 4gb ram and a better video card. Any suggestions would be helpful.

you already have enough ram and a good cpu. I spend all your money on a graphics card.
