[Graphics Cards] 6870 Error:

Hello everyone, just got my 6870 in the mail today, put it in, installed the drivers via the cd Sapphire gave me, went online to install the drivers from ATI website (dated 10-22-10), but I can't seem to get rid of this error:

ERROR
Could not load device driver

How can I solve this error?
I know this is a stupid question but I really don't have much experience with computers (first build).

My Specs Are:
i5-750 @ stock
Gigabyte P55A-UD3
G. Skill DDR3 1600 mhz 2 GB X2
Corsair HX 650 Watt
Antec 902 case
LG Black 10X Blu-ray Burner WH10LS30
HD Radeon 6870 Sapphire
WD 1TB Caviar Black

First off, I would suspect the drivers on the CD for the 6870 were as new or newer then the drivers on AMD's site, so there should be no reason to update as the card just came out.

Download and install driver sweeper, un-install ATI drivers, reboot to safe mode and run driver sweeper to remove all ATI software, reboot and install what came on the CD.
