I was thinking of getting this board with 2600k. I still havent decided if I will SLI or Crossfire or even wait for the newer GPU's (headache is upon me already!!). I noticed that this particular board says that it's Quad SLI or Quad Crossfire Supported. Please explain it to me like I'm a 2 year old...How does this happen since it only has one PCIe 2.0 slot (at x4) and 2 PCIe 3.0 slots (that run either x16 or x8 x8). Can 2.0 enabled video cards run in the 3.0 slot?
Also, any big difference between Gigabyte's Gen3? I see they are cheaper and Tom's pick.
