If we use i3 CPU + H55 motherboard and another HDMI graphic card,
can we separate only hd audio signal (Dolby True HD, DTS HD MA)
and send it through onboard HDMI while only video signal is sent through HDMI on graphic card?

So, I setup i3+H55 to bitstream hd audio signal via onboard HDMI.
But after I add HD5550 Graphic card and install driver,
Intel Display Audio (onboard HDMI) disappear from control panel!!!

Could you tell me how to use both HDMI?

The new card disables the on-board video drivers...
You don't make it clear (to me at least) WHERE the audio is going TO...but...
...if the new dedicated VIDEO card had two HD outputs (say one HDMI one DVI), you could run the DVI to the TV/monitor and HDMI to the audio receiver, assuming IT had an HDMI input
....another way is to get a SOUND card with OPTICAL output for an optical input on the receiver...most new receivers do have optical inputs...
