Upgrade issues

I have an emachine t6522 with and amd 64 2.3 ghz proc. 2 gb ram and a ati 200 express video card. I know that I have to upgrade my power source from a 300 to a 400w unit, but I am looking for some advice on upgrading my video card. I have about $100 to spend and I would like to get a card that will allow me to play WOW online. Is this doable or should I be replacing the computer?

WOW online system requirement is not high. recommended is GF 8600 or Radeon 2600

You can get any $100 card, such as Radeon HD 5670 ($70), 4850 ($90), GTS 450 ($110) etc

Any of these cards would work along with my system as it is now? Oh, I did fail to mention that what I have available is a PCI express slot.
