Lagomorph im not sure where you got the figure that 2 170W cards would overload a 650TX, they wont. 2*170W=340W which leaves him almost 300W for a 140W CPU and the rest of the system which will pull less than 100W combined, and thats under absolute max load.

You can run 560 SLI on that PSU fine, you will need to use 2 adapters but it wont cause an issue.

@Lagomorph, the Coolermaster GX series is on a black list for many of us because its noise levels go out of spec over about 60% load, take a look at jonnys and hardware secrets reviews, however the other 3 you suggested are solid units so good picks on those! Just thought you should know why we might come down on you for a GX series recommendation in the future.

A 6 pin allows 75W of power to be drawn, it also gets 75W from the slot, but it will only use as much power as it needs, so even though you have 2 6 Pins hooked up to a card it doesnt mean it will use 225W, its still only going to use what ever its supposed to but if you OC it it can go up to 225W without an issue.

Agree with Hunter.. The TX 650 will adequately power up dual 560's and an overclocked i7 along with other standard components.. So OP has nothing to worry about.. At full system load, the PSU will be operating very close to 90% of its output ability though (something I personally try to avoid).. It is not a major concern as a full system load generally does not happen in the real world that often..
