Can I undervolt my 9800GTX+ ?

The voltage slider can't be changed, its grayed out?

I guess that means that voltage tweaks are not supported for your particular card. You still should be able to adjust the clock speeds. Newer cards, like my GTX480 run 2D at 50mhz and 700mhz for 3D to save power.

I guess the other option is a bios tweak using NiBiTor:

NiBiTor didn's read anything, i think maybe its becasuse i'm using AMD chipset motherboard, so i have limited tweaking option.
