Would there be a noticeable bottleneck in my system ?
If i upgrade my current graphics card ( 5670 ) to Gtx 570 ? I have a
- core 2 quad 2.83ghz ( not overclocked )
-3gb ~ 3.5gb of ddr2 ram

There will be a bottleneck but there will be an improvement as well from your current GPU. The higher the resolution the smaller the bottleneck and of course overclock on your CPU will reduce it further.
