Best After-market cooler for the i7 2600K?

I'm looking to do away with the Intel one and get a good one 3rd party, but I don't want to have to deal with Liquid cooling madness. So what I am looking for is either a air or self contained, easy to install water-based cooling soluation.

What do you guys and girls like?

The CM RR-B10-212P-G1 (Hyper 212) would be a good choice, and is easy on the wallet.

Depends on what kind of a case you have but as the post above states, hyper 212+ is a very good choice and definitely the best bang for buck

haf 932 should be able to fit a hyper 212 although it might be a tight fit, but it should keep your 2600k very cool.

how far are you planning on ocing?

Oh only to 4.4 max I reckon. Can't see any reason for going higher for now, especially with the 570GTX and RAM helping out.

Just installed a Hyper 212+ on my 2600k this weekend and my temps dropped 20C+ under load. I'm OC'ed to 4533MHz and Intel Burn Test caps at 70C now. Idle temps get as low as 23C...

Yup. I have my 2500k at 4.5 with the 212+ and idle/load with prime95 is at 32/65. I definitely recommend the 212+
