The GTX460 choice is solid, but, any i5 processor/mainboard typically outframes the even 400-500 Mhz higher clocked X4 rigs, much less the X2 variants....yes, it the i5 rig will cost $100 more, but, is the better choice, even if you start with only a single stick of RAM. (Unlocking other cpu cores is 'iffy', at best, and not the place to gamble to save $40-$60.....)
