Hard drives not showing up on my bios!

i have a new 990fx Fatal1ty and just put it in and i had issues until i found out the the psu was the problem replaced that then my hard drive wont show up on bios , i have cleared cmos , flashed to new bios and did all that i know that might be a problems now im stuck and dont have a solution. Could any of my fellow PCer's help out?

Does the drive work? Can you install Windows?
