HDMI output crops image with 6870

I just got a HIS 6870 and install all teh drivers and what not, but the image for the hdmi output is cropped out. VGA is fine, but hdmi is bugging me. any ideas?

hdmi 1.4a wouldnt be a factor would it?

By cropped out you mean it is scaling with black borders? Someone asks about this every day.

Go into CCC>Desktops and Displays>Right-click your display on the bottom>configure>scaling options tab>set overscan to 0%
