I need help in disabling my PC wireless card in the BIOS. When I get into the BIOS I cannot see any option for wireless card to disable. I have an Acer Aspire X1930 desktop.

go to device manager which can be accessed by typing in devmgmt.msc into the start menu or run command [hold windows logo and press r]. Scroll down to network adapter > find the right one > right click > disable.

Thanks. I did try and disable it from device manager(not following your procedure but instead going to deivce manager from windows control panel and then going to adapters and disabling it there) in Windows 7 although when I run some benchmark tests ( Belarc) it shows up on the report and the company wants it disabled in the BIOS . I have looked into the BIOS and see no information about my wireless card at all.

I have the same problem! Did you find the solution without permanently erased your wireless card?
